Machining
Midland Aerospace offers advanced 3-5 axis milling and mill-turn programming using Matsuura and DMG machines. Our capabilities include complex component machining up to 2000mm x 1000mm, supported by virtual NC simulation and collision checking to ensure precision engineering for aerospace applications.
Fabrication
Our fabrication services include CNC turret punching, welding, and complex structure assembly. With coded welding technicians and equipment for riveting, bonding, and hand-forming, we deliver high-quality metal components and AOG fast-track solutions for aerospace clients globally.
Surface Treatments
We provide NADCAP-approved Alocrom 1200 and paint processes, including primer and abrasive-resistant coatings. Our surface treatments meet aerospace specifications like MIL-DTL-5541 and DEF STAN 03-18, ensuring corrosion resistance and compliance with customer-specific requirements.
Non-Destructive Testing
