I have used Premier Dental for many years now and always feel assured, content and completely happy with everything that has ever needed to be done. The reception staff are great and Tarly is exceptional. Always helpful on the phone and I wouldnt want to use anywhere else.

Not a patient no, seen 2 emergency dentists over the last month. Only called them to ask if they was accepting patients and for a bit of advice as I was still in pain to be told 'not our problem'. Wow! I work in customer service and I go above and beyond to help everyone out whether they're a customer or not! Rude rude rude! Glad you aren't accepting patients as your receptionist staff need a lesson in caring and customer service!

Called to make an appointment, and told I had been removed from their Customer List... no letter, no warnings, no nothing... how can this be? Been told to find another Dentist... Actually they were on the path to a Complaint anyway as both fillings work they did have failed...

Disgusting service was told to ring by 111 for a triple a due to having an abscess and currently have covid. Was told by a very rude up herself receptionist i couldn't be helped and would have to ring round to find a dentist. What happened to Duty of care especially in a pandemic. I am disgusted no care or compassion. I feel let down especially as I am a NHSworker myself.
