The room and en-suite bathroom was truly spotless, and the quality of pillows, duvet and bed, impeccable. Not a sound to be heard at night. Excellent complimentary biscuits and sufficient teabags. I turned up late, as my stay was not planned, but I was quickly welcomed by efficient lady at front desk. In order to have been awarded 10/10, I would have wished for a coffee plunger and ground coffee in my bedroom. If the lady at the front desk had asked me , when I checked in, if I had all that I might need for a comfortable overnight, then I would have said that I had no toiletries. I was unaware

Visited again after more than 1.5 years. Service and lunch was great. We sat in the terrace and enjoyed the food and views. Thanks to the staff for their warm welcome and service.

Very old fashioned decor but very clean and tidy. We had coffee and tea here early in the morning. The hotel overlooks the estuary and is spacious.
