Young Fella at the front desk was very rude and obnoxious. Badmouthing every customer as they walked out of the portacabin. Had my MOT at 9am and never found out the result until 10.30am even though my car was in the forecourt for 45 minutes. Failed due to a tyre needing to be replaced (an easy job that can be finished in 10 minutes by other mechanics) which took from 11am to 4.30pm to be fixed. When my vehicle passed the retest it took the fella on the desk another 25 minutes to print off the certificate as he had more important things to do on his phone than to serve customers. I've used this garage several times over the last two years and the service has been excellent. I've had a puncture repaired, brake pipes replaced and two different engine repairs. Even when busy they have always made time to do emergency repairs on my very old car! They have also gone above and beyond in terms of helping me to drop off and pick up my car around my working hours, which I really appreciate. The work they've done is consistently high quality and always at a very reasonable price.
