We had a fabulous service from azure pools and really couldn't fault them. we were given full details of how to look after our spa and enjoy it safely. a particular shout out goes to Be who came to visit us more than once and Leann in the shop who we spoke to on the phone number of times.

We had our hot tub installed a few weeks ago, we had to crane the hot tub over the house and telephone lines, but it all went smoothly and without a hitch.
Alex was great, he got everything up and running and… spent lots of time explaining how to maintain the water. We’ve had a few questions which the team in the office have always been on hand to help with. I would highly recommend Azure Pools, and am so pleased we decided to go locally where you get a more personal service.

Alex and the team, Bev and Leann have been so helpful and supportive advising me on the installation of my spa especially considering the other works I had going on. They have been a source of knowledge spending a long time educating me and assisting with my project down to the smallest detail, nothing is too much trouble. Delivery on items ordered… for the spa has been excellent and communication at all times -I cannot fault them. There was no hard sell just a great customer experience and excellent advice and guidance throughout enabling me to get the right spa for my needs and tailoring
