Recently sold our family home with Walker Singleton massive thank you to Leanne and Megan for their initial valuation and producing the marketing details. Big thank you to Lisa, Shona and Katie for all your help and time you gave to selling our property and chasing up viewings promptly, you were all fabulous. Cant forget Gill for pushing everything through, I will miss speaking to you almost day, you were on the ball and just amazing! We also sold my mother in laws property at the same time and again everything went through just perfectly.

This was the first house I have sold but what a Fantastic service provided by Lisa and her colleagues from start to finish. Whilst looking to appoint an Estate Agent, Lisa at Walker Singletons was the only estate agent locally that took the time to discuss the process in detail and dedicated time to answer the fair few questions I had. At no point did I feel rushed or feel that I was inconveniencing her. Throughout the sales process, Lisa and her colleagues returned my calls quickly, kept me updated on a regular basis, and chased up the solicitors on behalf of myself and the buyer. I can not praise

What a fantastic service from Lisa at Walker singleton , Halifax.
Lisa was actually more help than the solicitors i was paying for when it came to keeping me updated and ... she was selling me the property for her client. The way i was kept informed and kept up to date was extremely helpful and enabled me to purchase the property within a good time frame.
Was never a problem too big or small she couldnt help with. Great work and much appreciated.
