With all inventory booking requests, you will receive an email confirmation to clarify appointment times. You are just an email away from booking your property inspections - we are always here to help during busy rental periods. Hinch PM will endeavor to accommodate all booking requests, including 'last minute', with over 30 fully trained inventory clerks across London and the South East.

Our office team has expanded and developed with the growth of the company. All of our staff will be happy to deal with general enquiries- in addition, all the Hinch PM team have attended various industry training programmes to deal with specialist areas of our services.

As landlords ourselves, we, the directors of the company, have devised a style of report which we feel categorically summarises the condition of a property at the time of the check in and check out visits.We have had first-hand experience of the difficulties that can arise when reports are not accurate and it is this understanding that has led to our growing success.

AIP (Approved Inventory Professional) is an organisation that aims to educate inventory professionals in the requirements of an inventory report from the perspective of both an arbitration service as well as that of a Property Manager, Landlord and Tenant.

AIP achieves this with both initial training of new clerks, as well as cutting edge training days where our years of industry knowledge are passed on, ensuring a clerk is aware of precisely how to layout an inventory report clearly, with all information included.
