Beautiful rooms, nice quiet area but not too far from centre. Owners are great and can't do enough

Would visit again in non-Covid year. Room stripped bare and resembled hospital room! BUT staff was very helpful, even prepped a breakfast-to-go for us one morning.

Beautiful hotel, amazing views gorgeous big room, delightfully comfortable bed and amazing host. Close to all amenities which was great and we walked everywhere even though we have a car. We were able to charge our hybrid which is also a bonus
Only negative, and the only reason I haven't given a 5 star is the breakfast... due to COVID19 breakfast was served on a roll in foil packaging and brought to our room this is a shame. If you chose breakfast, my suggestion would be to take it with you for a picnic eg egg sandwich, sausage sandwich etc. Nevertheless I would definitely return.

Great room and breakfast good given pandemic restrictions. Quiet spot with off street parking close to city. Do-able walk to city but buses near, frequent and economic.

Amazing place. Great staff. They decorated the room, got a birthday baloon, non alcoholic celebration drink. Very polite staff tended to every need. Beautiful neat and tidy room. Spacious. Definitely a good stay.

A wonderful B&B within walking distance of town and the magnificent Arthur's Seat. The rooms and communal areas are immaculate and beautifully decorated and the owners were warm and welcoming. We spent a wonderful couple of nights here and we will definitely be returning for a longer stay.
