We stayed in Jamaica Lane with a family of 5. It was a perfect location and house for our needs. Nice quiet area, easy walk to the centre with small kids. Free parking in secure garage. Everything you need for a wee stay such as condiments, shampoo, fairy liquid etc. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

We had a short 4 day break away planned for last year (2020) but for obvious reasons it had to be cancelled. I managed to book the same location, Circus Lane in Edinburgh for this year. Contact was good with the Greatbase team and on the day we were due to arrive I had to phone them to say that we were going to be late due to train problems (another story) and it was no problem whatsoever, we simply arranged a new time to meet to be let in and shown around our apartment. The place was lovely with everything that we required for our stay. We like to walk and walked everywhere apart from the day

Very nice apartment, clean and good planned. located in a very nice area with walking distance to center. nice reception at arrival with fresh flowers and fruit. I highly recommend this apartment.

Katie and team were a great team and supportive in every way possible. It was lovely to come into a house which was comfortable, clean and cosy. I liked the messy garage as it made the place feel homely! It was also great to have milk, tea, coffee, salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen. I would certainly stay in Jamaica Lane again.
