Services
Physiotherapy Consultation
Our initial physiotherapy consultations provide a comprehensive assessment of musculoskeletal conditions, lasting approximately 60 minutes. The session includes a detailed evaluation of your condition, discussion of medical history, and formulation of a tailored treatment plan. Follow-up sessions focus on implementing therapeutic techniques such as mobilisations, massage, and exercise therapy to promote recovery and long-term wellness.
Dry Needling
Dry needling and acupuncture are used to alleviate pain through targeted stimulation of muscle trigger points. Initial sessions include a full assessment of pain patterns and medical history, followed by needle insertion to activate natural pain-relief mechanisms. This treatment is effective for conditions like frozen shoulder, spinal issues, and migraines, complementing other physiotherapy techniques for enhanced outcomes.
Medico-legal Reports
We provide detailed medico-legal assessments and reports for personal injury cases, including pre-treatment and discharge evaluations. These reports are conducted by experienced physiotherapists and are used by solicitors and insurance companies to determine treatment requirements and compensation claims. Our documentation adheres to strict clinical governance standards for accuracy and reliability.
Home Visits
Home visit services deliver physiotherapy care directly to patients unable to attend the clinic. Treatments include musculoskeletal assessments, rehabilitation exercises, and pain management techniques tailored to the patient's environment. This service ensures continuity of care for individuals with mobility challenges, offering the same level of expertise in a familiar setting.
Biomechanics Assessment
Biomechanical assessments evaluate alignment issues affecting movement and muscle balance, particularly in the lower limbs. By identifying mal-alignment that contributes to pain or injury, we develop corrective strategies such as targeted exercises and gait analysis. This service addresses conditions caused by structural imbalances, improving overall mobility and reducing wear on joints.

This place doesn't deserve 1 star dirty and bad customer service, they do not respect the codi-19 guidelines plus all of the person in charge make you feel like you are in the police station. I don't recommend anyone to go to this dirty pace

Awful place. Dirty and run down. Used them in May and they did not follow Covid guidelines. Much better and cheaper places in Ilford.

Small family run business where the physiotherapist Habib gives a very good service indeed. Not used them before but would recommend them with no hesitation at all.
