Unfortunately i do not have the zero star option. This company has stated clearly that they have the hub open on 24, today. And guess what? My shipment is trapped because they are not answering to emails and phone. Now i am losing money because i cannot present the goods to my clients, i lose some of the image of my business and so on... I prefer working with bigger companies but my international carrier supplier is working with them. For now... So have my advice: FIND A BETTER ONE.
