Eastbury House Residential Home was established in 1974. The Grade II listed building sits in a conservation area in the centre of Sherborne, within its own large enclosed peaceful garden. The town centre is within walking distance and offers a wide range of amenities. These include the Post Office, Library, Banks and a variety of shops and cafes, many of whom are independents.

Sherborne is a beautiful town located on the Dorset and Somerset border, with its Abbey, two castles, picturesque Almshouse, it has much to offer visitors and has excellent transport and rail links.

Many of our Residents say that they have a far better social life than they did before they came to live at Eastbury House. Art and craft sessions, outings to local coffee shops, pubs, the theatre, cinema and places of interest. Also, to places further afield such as to the coast or the swannery, take place according to the seasons.
