I have been taking my dog to Cherished Pets for the past 6 years. I have never been late or cancel my appointments, Cherished Pets have cancelled my appointments on many occasions with short notice. The last time I went I to my appointment it was at 9:30 AM it was not my normal time. I had a phone call said, I wasn't late for my appointment that was 9:10 AM. So, I rushed to Cherished Pets, When I arrived the lady was angry and rude to me because I would late, she took my dog in an hour and 10 minutes I went down to pick him up, she took the money off me and then handed my dog to me. Took our dog Cooper in yesterday ... cannot thank you enough for the fantastic job .. we will be back !!!!! I cannot thank the staff enough for their care and amazing work they have done on our dog Cooper. This is the third time now we have taken him there and every time he comes out looking amazing . My ShihTzu Fluff looks so perfect. His a bit skittish but lovelly lady manage to take care of him just great. Normally Fluff was shaking for hours after previous different groomer experiences but he's all happy and calm now. Oveall from dog owner point of view experience is very efficient and provessional.
