Critical:Professionalism
Strange little man who discriminated against an elderly bedridden lady by refusing to give an estimate to fit stair carpet, instead dragged 2 NHS carers away to say he wouldn't work with smelly disabled people. Outrageous disgusting shaming of vulnerable person. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Andy laid a number of carpets for us, fantastic service, and couldnt fault his work. He also repaired our brand new carpet when another tradesperson burnt it! Again, excellent service, cant recommend him enough.
