Questions
What makes your tiles authentic Moroccan encaustic tiles?
Our tiles are handmade in Marrakech using traditional techniques unchanged for decades. Unlike printed imitations, our patterns are created through layered cement and mineral oxides, ensuring lasting vibrancy.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes, we offer sample packs with up to three tile options. Samples are dispatched within 2-3 days and include postage confirmation for UK mainland deliveries.
What delivery options are available?
Stock items from Bristol deliver next day to UK mainland addresses. Bespoke Marrakech orders take 4-5 weeks. Commercial quantities have dedicated logistics arrangements.
Do you supply tiles for historic property renovations?
Yes, our traditional patterns suit period properties. We can replicate classic designs and match existing tile dimensions for heritage projects while maintaining authentic manufacturing methods.
How do I maintain encaustic tile surfaces?
We recommend sealing tiles during installation. Regular cleaning with pH-neutral products preserves the finish. Our Bristol warehouse team provides detailed maintenance guidance with every purchase.

We asked Zaid to make us some tiles for our garden. He was great in getting his team in Morocco to make the frames & samples and managing to get them into the UK, whilst the rest of Europe were shutting borders. We love our tiles and hope you do to! We cannot thank Zaid enough!

Zaid was very helpful from our initial enquiry. Despite delays which could not be helped due to the current situation we were kept upto date and informed about our order throughout. Every effort was made to get the order to us, which was much appreciated. Our tiles arrived and we love them. Fab quality, the pattern is stunning and the photos dont do them justice. Customer service was first class and i would highly recommend.

This is a hidden gem of a shop! Wonderful Moroccan tiles, lamps, etc - an Aladdin's cave of rare finds, all at very reasonable prices, and the owner is very kind and helpul. They also make most of the tiles themselves. All round excellent service and products, would recommend wholeheartedly!
