I was born with a bilateral foot deformity and consequently have seen many chiropodists/podiatrists on a monthly basis for my whole adult life. I saw Gillian this December 2018 for painful plantar fasciitis. She put orthotics in my shoes and instantly the pain went away! It's still grumbling away though so I have to work on it with exercises but the difference with orthotics was immediate and a great relief !
