Dr Kit Merrill was fantastic when I saw him, but I have been disappointed with the service since then. Very difficult to get through to anyone on the phone which meant I missed an appointment, and then was refused an appointment after Id made a (very polite) complaint about being charged for it in advance. A pity because I thought the actual dental care was great.

I never have anything bad to say about the team at Beech Tree. Kit is the perfect balance of friendly and professional - he always takes the time to explain any procedure and makes sure that you are fully informed on all your options so you always feel happy making a decision. He's been great at sorting out my wisdom tooth trouble as well as working on getting bridges just right for me. Sharon on reception is very kind and helpful, all the nurses are friendly and relaxed - it makes for a great atmosphere. I'd recommend to anyone who is at all nervous of dentists. Whilst they are a private practice

About a year ago I was unhappy with a previous practice as I was still in some discomfort despite costly treatment. A friend recommended Beech Tree Dental Surgery. Kit Merril treated me swiftly and professionally. I am extremely grateful that I have had no pain or discomfort at all since. Would totally recommend.

I was very impressed with my first experience as a patient at Beech Tree Dental Surgery today. Dr Kit Merrill was friendly and professional and he patiently took time to explain his process and go through his findings with me, including the xrays. The facilities were clean; the other staff were professional. Overall, I would highly recommend their dental services.

After years of avoiding the Dentists chair through fear since childhood, I was recommended Kit for his patience with anxious Patients. 16 years on I continue to visit, now also with my children. He is caring, reassuring and thorough. His Team are also very welcoming and caring. Myself and my children do not fear or suffer any anxiety when a check up is scheduled, its a friendly catch up, oral check up and clean.
