Over the past four decades, much has been learned in the field of ophthalmology. Our ophthalmologists regularly attend conferences and courses in the UK, Europe and the USA to keep abreast of recent developments.

Our ophthalmologists are veterinary surgeons who have all undertaken post-graduate training in veterinary ophthalmology. We have a large a team of registered veterinary nurses, also trained in ophthalmology, to look after you and your pet. We have on-site anaesthetists to oversee all sedation/anaesthetics, in order to ensure that your pet receives the best care possible whilst they are with us.

Our team consists of a professional team of ophthalmologists, anaesthetists, nurses and administration staff and together we pride ourselves on the care we give. We have back up support from other disciplines at Northwest Veterinary Specialists and Liverpool Small Animal Teaching Hospital, which are both a short distance away.
