We have been a customer of Active Security for over 10 years & have always enjoyed exceptional service from the original installation to upgrades to call outs when the alarm has tripped for some reason. Today Mark came in to perform a significant upgrade - he was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, answered all our questions & made sure we knew we how to use the new functions before he left.
