This self catering three bedroom holiday cottage is part of the Bleng Farms business, a large family run, working mixed farm situated in its own secluded valley within the Lake District National Park adjacent to the village of Gosforth. Gosforth is well equipped with shops, including a well supplied convenience store, a world renowned bakery, although only a small village Gosforth boasts 6 public houses which provide food and drink all year round, as well as two cafes, so there is one to suit tastes from young to old.

Bleng Farms is a 250 hectare beef, sheep and arable farm lying in the western fringe of the Lake District National Park. The main holding is on the outskirts of the village of Gosforth which is about 15 miles south of Whitehaven, however the arable land is situated at Sandwith which is very near Whitehaven.

Bleng Barn is a very versatile holiday cottage catering for any number and type of occupants from family groups to up to 8 or even 10 individuals. This is enabled by our unique bed link system. All classes of pets are accepted with prior arrangement with the owners. There are some amazing views around the cottage and a range of wild life farm animals and horses can be seen regularly.
