The job was to install downlights and other minor works within the house. I was highly impressed by the level of knowledge and experience demonstrated throughout the job. Whenever there were obstacles or major problems, Facelift provided the right advice and solution. The houses wiring was quite dated with no access to floorboards but they still managed to install the lights with minimal damage to the walls. To add further complexity to the job, I requested them to install smart switches to enable home automation. They managed to take this task on and install complicated smart switches and

My partner and I hired Facelift Electrical Services for a full rewire of our home. Steve, was excellent, professional and very skilled and competent at his trade. Throughout the process he explained to us what he was doing, not just at the beginning and end of each day, but throughout the day. He was able to deliver on all our asks and also completed the work earlier than anticipated. I would highly recommend him if you are planning a rewire or any electrical work.

Steve was a great guy, me being disabled he was very considerate, very helpful and did a great job for me. He came to give me a quote 27th August came and did the work on the 1st of September. The quote was very reasonable. When he finished he tidied up as lf he had never been there.

Steve and his apprentice arrived at my home within an hour of our call. They both wore PPE in line with current health measures.
Steve is knowledgeable and efficient. He identified the issue with my shower with ease and speed, explained the issue to me and talked me through realistic and affordable options should the issue arise again. I was instantly reassured by his professionalism and personable nature. I would highly recommend and recommend intend to use Steve again for more electrical work in my home and in my parents home too.

I had Steve over to check on the washing machine in the flat that I was renting out because my tenants told me that it tripped the circuit breaker. He was very helpful and friendly over the phone and was able to come a day earlier than we agreed and got things done quickly.
Steve replies to emails/phones/texts promptly even at night and he kept me well informed of the progress and he has earned my trust. The call out price was also reasonable, cheaper than some of the quotes I had. I will keep Steve in my radar if there is any electrical issue again. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking
