If the recipient is not at home when we deliver the flowers, we will try to find a safe place to leave them - eg porch or sheltered area and leave a calling card to say where they have been left. If you require flowers to a place of work or hospital or hotel etc, we will need as much detail as possible such as office, room or ward number etc. Also a mobile number of the recipient is always a great help and prevents many non-deliveries.
