Do not use this company. The level of service and craftsmanship does not match what is advertised. Please see pictures. The door they installed was chipped, the lock does not work, they destroyed and damaged my property. I am disgusted with the quality of their work. This is not a bespoke, exceptional, crafted, fitted door! They were so easy to get hold of when I wanted to place an order, now there is a problem . Suddenly service is non existent. They have not even apologised or excepted that their work is beyond acceptable. Treat this company with caution.

DO NOT USE THEM...If I could leave negative stars I would. Awful experience. Avoid at all costs. Took about a year to get the door installed over 5 fitment dates and several door frames later. Our door was eventually installed 5 months ago. The locks stick leaving my partner and our premature baby locked outside the house. The locks have just started sticking again. The stained glass has signs of condensation, the door frame has not been painted in some places above head height. Totally unfit for purpose and all for over 8k! The door is ok but for 7k shouldn't it be amazing? The whole process took just over 10 weeks and to be fair the finished result is just ok. The company promises a lot and having spoken to the door fitters (who are original London Door Co employees), I think since it was acquired by the larger corporate Neville Johnson, service has been replaced by growth targets. The door fitters and finishers were all good, the chap who measured up was appalling and rude and the systems/processes pretty much non-existent. One positive was Faye Golsorkhi who did finally sort out the issues. Attached are the pictures

I purchased a bespoke door and frame from LDC, SW London in May. The sales consultant and surveyor were excellent. Unfortunately at the installation phase, it started to go wrong. At present the installation is not completed, with no dates for completion and of course no date for final painting and decorating. I am reasonable, only calling customer/after care once a week, on my day off from full-time work, and each time do not receive a call back/email or any progress. I am still engaged with LDC as I have paid for an incomplete product. However, in hindsight I would be extremely cautious in using
