It seems since the prime minister has stressed the importance of getting the booster jab before the end of the year, the staff there have decided not to continue with the walk-in facility anymore. When I asked if anyone knows where one is that are doing the walk-in for booster jabs I was told they've all stopped it. ???. So when we are told to get the jab as soon as we can portsmouth seems to have taken that chance away!

I visited Goldchem for my Covid booster vaccination and was impressed by their efficiency, friendliness and professionalism. After checking in, I sat down and didn't have to wait long at all before being called in for my vaccination. Afterwards, I was asked to sit for 15 minutes in a separate room where the chairs were well spaced out. I did have an appointment, and I should mention that I heard they had been accepting walk-ins for either Covid boosters or flu vaccinations but had so few doses left that they were only accepting people with appointments as of 26th October 2021. This may change,

The amount of times this pharmacy has not ordered or fulfilled a repeat prescription for someone with epilepsy is appalling. This time, after giving assurance that it will be delivered on Saturday, after a 3 day delay, they have not delivered it. It is shockingly dangerous and negligent to be leaving epileptic patients without medicine, especially now for the rest of the weekend. Fed up with this seriously irresponsible incompetence. Need I remind them of SUDEP.

After being passed from pillar to post by A GP, another pharmacist, and 111 whilst dealing with a very complicated clerical error delaying vital medication, Goldchem were friendly and understanding, and went above and beyond to sort the issue. Amazing, compassionate service. If I could give them a sixth star, I would.

The best chemist by far is Gold Chem, been using Gold Chem for many years and I would never go anywhere else, the amazing staff who I love provide a top service, always make me feel welcome and I always leave cheerful, they have every product I have ever wanted including products I cant get anywhere else, reasonably priced and have always helped me with any medical advice and prescriptions. I couldnt praise them enough! Thank you Gold Chem!
