You can now also use our new service Doctorlink where you can check your symptoms online with the symptoms checker. The symptom checker will ask you a number of questions to help to identify your problem. The outcome of your assessment will direct you to the right treatment, whether emergency care, your GP, nurse or self care.

Please note: - we cannot register you if we do not receive both the GMS1 form and the online patient questionnaire form. Note that for registering children we have a New patient CHILD questionnaire, which we ask that you print, fill out and bring along to the surgery on your first visit.

Our nurse is available by appointment for such nursing procedures as immunisations, travel advice and vaccinations, wound dressings, blood pressure checks, ear syringing, blood tests and cervical smears. She also has routine clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, asthma, coronary heart disease and hypertension.
