Amazing time saver! We (GP surgery) use the premium service and it is without a doubt worth every penny. A ticket will be logged and majority of the time (depending on the size of the request) completed within the same day, I have wasted hours struggling previously. You are updated by email and they even send you politely worded reminders when you have forgotten to action something. You can ask, which I frequently do, for advice and they are always kind and helpful, really happy with the service and the style of the website is professional but user friendly.
