My name is David and I run and own David Button Independent Funeral Directors, a small, family run business with a friendly, relaxed and calming atmosphere. This, I believe, makes the funeral home very unique. What to do when someone passes away

When a death occurs, whether expected or not, there is an inevitable feeling of sadness and loss experienced by the close family, often resulting in shock and emotional stress. Certain practical steps, however, need to be taken at an early stage - including registering of the death. Whether or not a death is expected a qualified doctor (GP or Duty doctor) should, on every occasion, be contacted to attend and confirm the death.

Funeral fees are divided into two parts. The Funeral Directors fees, such as administration of paperwork; removal of the deceased and choice of coffin and Disbursements.
