A slice of the city in the countryside, we combine the expertise of a modern hair salon with the warmth of our surroundings. The Blonde & The Bears welcomes you into our inclusive space, where everything is about making you feel inspired and relaxed. After opening our doors in 2016, our salon has grown from Dominique's one-woman show to the highly-skilled team of friendly faces we have today.

Since beginning her career in hairdressing, it has been Dominique's dream to open a sassy salon surrounded by amazing people, from her fabulous team right the way through to her wonderful guests. Having previously worked and trained in London with two of the top salons, The Painted Lady (Shoreditch) and Billy & Bo (Soho), she headed to Lancashire to set up The Blonde & The Bears in 2016.

We take a holistic approach to your wellbeing when you are inside our salon. Not only does this create a nice space for us to work on your hair, we believe this is the most beneficial approach for your comfort and relaxation. With this in mind, we start off every appointment with a chakra reading before a complimentary stress-relieving head, neck and shoulder massage.
