Services

Tree Pruning

Our tree pruning service maintains tree health and structural integrity while managing growth. Using industry-standard techniques, we remove deadwood and thin crowns to improve light penetration. This essential maintenance prevents hazards and extends tree lifespan through careful branch selection and cutting.

Crown Thinning

Crown thinning enhances tree structure by selectively removing smaller branches. This reduces wind resistance and minimizes branch weight while maintaining natural shape. The process improves light transmission through the canopy, benefiting both tree health and surrounding vegetation.

Stump Grinding

Our stump grinding service eliminates tree stumps to 300mm below ground level using specialist machinery. This thorough process allows immediate replanting or ground preparation while removing trip hazards and improving site aesthetics efficiently.

Tree Surveys

Professional tree surveys identify potential hazards and recommend management strategies. Our qualified consultants conduct detailed inspections for residential and commercial properties, assessing disease, structural weaknesses, and compliance requirements with local authorities.

Emergency Tree Services

We provide urgent tree care for storm-damaged or hazardous trees. Our rapid response team operates with advanced equipment to safely remove unstable trees, clear roadways, and secure properties while minimizing further damage risks.

Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Value
Ed and his team are super friendly and professional. They tackled our leaning willows and ash trees with ease and were sensitive to the multiple parties involved and ensuring their happiness too. They left the area tidier than on arrival which was a total bonus. Highly recommend EJM for anyone needing arboricultural work!

Have used EJM a number of times in the past. Most recently on Monday to remove tree at mother-in-law's. As ever, efficient, tidy and polite. Communication with office was excellent as was speed of quote. Thanks again - will always be our first choice. G

We recently had a huge conifer removed and from our initial contact and quote from Eddie, through to Rick and his team removing the tree, we cannot rate EJM highly enough. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A great team. Will definitely be using them again for other work in the garden. Many thanks.
