Right from the beginning Rhian was approachable, knowledgeable and made buying a house during a pandemic a much less stressful experience. Her levels of communication and organisation are outstanding and she responded promptly to any queries I raised during the process, with constant updates on progress. It was also refreshing to be able to speak to her on the phone instead of a constant stream of emails. Excellent value for money.
