I will say the service I received was not good and I am not going to use again. Basically, throughout buying the house I received only 1 call from the solicitor. I had to call and correct him on stamp duty recommendations. Whenever I asked a question he would forward me information I knew already. What is the point of me telling to something and then calling me the next day to be on the side of the seller. In the end I had to abort purchase and pay them. This service was not good

We used Harris Cuffaro & Nichols for the sale of a flat and purchase of a house which we completed on back in February. Having used a different solicitors for conveyancing in the past and feeling left in the dark, the experience with Harris Cuffaro & Nichols was completely different. We were appointed Hassan and we felt well informed and supported through the whole process which took the stress out of the whole process.
