Booked an overnight stay with David Ogden!,! Unfortunately my friend had a heart attack a few days before departure & as I have cancer & she was caring for me we had to cancel. We paid 198 & was told we could have a refund of 19!!! I find this totally unacceptable with no compassion whatsoever for an incident that was beyond our control!! I will never use this company again!! But its ok when they wanted to cancel & disappoint people!!!

First ever coach holiday. Wont be my last with Ogdens. Really impressed with them from start to finish. Door to door pick up was enough for me to book and anything else a bonus! WHAT a bonus it was too; Excellent hotel with fabulous food, entertainment and outings included! Could not believe what we got! So if you are wanting to go away but dont fancy the drive, let Ogdens take the strain! Well done to Bob our driver too. Felt totally safe with him taking care of things.

Enjoyed previous 2 david ogden holidays
Unfortunately not this mid Wales one! Hotel and food good, although lacking in entertainment. Two days worth of trips, poor choices, with what appeared to be bad organisation.
Felt like 2 days worth of just, coach journeys. !

This was an absolutely brilliant getaway to Nottinghamshire. Great value for money, excellent hotel, food, room and staff. Trevor our driver was most informative about the area and had a great sense of humour. Can not recommend David Ogden Holidays enough. Have already been looking for a short break later in the year with them so will definitely be using them again. THANK YOU
