Called this place on Wed afternoon. Had my letter Thursday midday... never worked with them before.. the care and attention Lester gave made me feel I have known him for years. Top guy, professionalism at its peak and an absolute delight to work with and had a little chit chat with him in a coffee shop as my mum was unable to walk up steps to his office. He wasnt in a rush to leave like most solicitors or professionals as time is money... will be using for any future matters...
