Ordered french door and window through B&q and have to say one of the worst decisions Ive ever made their guaranteed delivery of 21 days took 89 days before I recieved the complete order after a series of false delivery dates part order deliveries eg no windows to go with frame or no frame to go with windows.one day delivery was down for and never showed lied to by the staff.I must have rang them 500 times and they answered 10 times with excuses Ive sat with a gap in my summerhouse waiting for my door which they sold elsewhere and had to re order .finally arrived and handle needed taking

Warning, Do not purchase any products advertised by Crystal-direct. I placed my order for sliding patio doors some 6 weeks ago. Thankfully through a reputable company Screwfix who I had to turn to to in order to retrieve my money. I have been given a string of conflicting delivery dates NON of which where ever going to be fulfilled, as I have battled with this company to learn that they have not even begun the manufacturing of my order. I was then told by supposedly a senior member of staff there that they cannot tell me when or even if they can fulfil the order. The advised to cancel the order

Ridiculous company that cannot get anything right. I purchased double glazed windows from screwfix it is was manufactured by this company. I got this note after purchase. "glazing is supplied loose on delivery unless requested as factory glazed at which point this is noted in the Specification and glazing detail below". This was not mentioned anywhere on screwfix website. This is misrepresentation. The delivery date has change two times. Stay away if you see the name on any website. I will give this company a zero star if I can.

Not even one star. Terrible customer service. Had someone waiting in for delivery on two occasions - both times a failure to deliver - with no contact at all from the company. I have found out that there is a further 10 day delay - no body had the courtesy to let me know. Appalling customer service.

Avoid like the plague!! Absolutely zero communication, constantly chasing them for some kind of answer. Everyone I've spoken to have no idea what's going on or what to do. Ineptitude at its finest. 8 weeks in and still without a complete unit. Do not use them!!!!
EDIT- I understand there are delays due to covid, that is absolutely fine. What is not fine, is the ineptitude of staff, the zero communication to alert customers to this, or indeed anything else. Not once have I had an apology from anybody, still waiting a call back 3 weeks later... Never again.

Great company to deal with, Dealt with them for many years their customer care is second to none. Quality windows, doors and conservatories every time also worth noting the coloured frames which are becoming more popular last very well. I visited a returning customer to my building company recently where we fitted a whole house full of windows and doors 5 years ago - the colour on the frames were as good as the day we fitted them. Keep up the good work!
