Went to view a property by Kelly & Co. and upon arriving to the house the agent told us to go in and look around whilst they sat in their car. There were people already in viewing the property when we were told to go in, which made us feel very uncomfortable given the current COVID-19 situation. In my opinion it was very unprofessional that the agent just sat in their car the entire time like they didn't even want to be there. We were expecting to be given some information regarding the house and any questions we had answered but alas were told nothing. Would not recommend this estate agency
