So thats it, well done SLW Dance Company, you were amazing! Both performances went really well, showing how much the girls had practiced their choreography and loved being on the stage. We are a St. Helens (UK) based Dance School who cater for ages 3+ and have been active now for 8 years. We currently teach using the BBO and ADA syllabi and now have over 200 pupils and are steadily growing. This figure makes it all the more astounding that the school is ran by one teacher, Sarah Bester.
Classes
Report
An advanced stretching and technique class aiming to work the dancer. Each class incorporates classical technique and a full body stretch, enhancing flexibility by lengthening and strengthening the muscles. Pupils learn to use their bodies in a variety of ways as they focus on posture, and explore the mind and body connections pushing against traditional boundaries.
