I run a small business in Kidderminster and popped into the big print shop to enquire about a small print run I needed for a rush order. I explained what I needed and was pretty much told that my small order wasnt worth their time and they recommended I try a shop down the road that specialise in photocopying which was clearly not what I needed. I totally appreciate that some companies have a minimum order and Id have been happy to meet that but instead I left feeling a bit fobbed off and a little frustrated that they were instantly unwilling to help. I spend 10,000+ per year on printing

Good products at reasonable prices. Really good customer service. No matter who you talk to they are always polite and friendly. Take the time to listen to what you need and make useful suggestions. Other companies should take a leaf out of their book. Local businesses like this are worth supporting. Ditch the national online businesses and support them.
