Chiros Health Clinic was set up in 2003 by local chiropractor Nick Richmond. His vision being that chiropractors, physiotherapists and other alternative therapists could work cooperatively and alongside each other for an holistic approach to health and well being. Our aim at Chiros Health Clinic is to take musculo-skeletal injuries (often chronic) through various stages of treatment, through rehabilitation, then on to general health maintenance.

All therapies are completely holistic, non-invasive, and can be used safely alongside other therapies or orthodox medical treatment. They are gentle, thus suitable for all ages, regardless of the state of health. Neil will take a full medical history to ascertain underlying issues that could be treated, if you are being tested for allergies, Neil will use and electronic device called B.E.S.T which is painless and non invasive.
Bowen technique

The Bowen Technique is a soft-tissue remedial therapy, named after its innovator, Tom Bowen. The technique involves the therapist using fingers or thumbs to move over muscle, ligament, tendon and fascia in various parts of the body. An initial treatment will address the whole body, although each session will vary according to the presenting problems of the client.
SKENAR therapy

The SKENAR is a healing device which looks like a TV remote control. It was designed and produced by a team of Russian doctors and scientists for the benefit of their astronauts whilst on long missions, as they could not take drugs or medication whilst in space. It uses various frequencies, intensities and other settings depending on the condition being treated, for example whether it is chronic or acute.
