Despite my having ridden past this place countless number of times I've never been a customer of theirs until today. Oops, I bought some rim tape last week but that hardly counts neither does my dropping off punctured tubes or tubs for a recycling project they act as agent for. Shop wasn't busy as I went mid-morning but they informed me the workshop was busy/full but they managed to fit my job in despite that.
The job was well done and they informed me when my bike was due for collection etc. After a brief shakedown ride they were happy to adjust my seat height as it appears a very tall mechanic test rode it after the repair! All in all a fine shape and worth checking out if you ever need anything while going to or from Richmond Park or any of the suburban cycling hot spots in and around south-west London.

No matter how old or how new your bike is, we recommend letting our highly skilled mechanics have a look at it at least once a year. If you're riding a lot (and we hope you are) then every six months is better and it always makes sense to get a service in the run-up to a race or cycling holiday. We think Richmond Cycles has the best servicing team around, but we want you to decide for yourself.
