Our bespoke engagement ring service combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. Customers work directly with master jeweller Tony Coe & Co & Co to create unique designs, selecting from 18ct gold, platinum, and diamond options. The process includes metal selection, stone choice, and mount customisation, with immediate resizing available through our in-house workshop.
Jewellery Repairs
We offer comprehensive repair services for all jewellery types, including ring resizing from 15, rhodium plating from 35, and stone replacement. Our in-house workshop handles both minor adjustments and complex restorations, ensuring professional results while maintaining the integrity of your precious pieces.
Watch Servicing
Our specialist technicians provide battery replacements and comprehensive servicing for luxury watches. The service includes free adjustments to ensure perfect fit, with expertise covering brands like Casio, Hugo Boss, and Nomination. All work is completed to maintain timepiece longevity and accuracy.
Jewellery Valuation
We provide official insurance valuations conducted by our professional jewellers. The service costs 45+VAT for the first item, with subsequent items priced at 10+VAT each. Valuations reflect current market values and include detailed documentation for insurance purposes.
Branded Collections
We stock over 50 international jewellery brands including Pandora, Nomination, and Vivienne Westwood. Our curated selection features contemporary designs alongside timeless classics, with exclusive pieces available only in our Lincolnshire stores. We deliver to the UK and Republic of Ireland. For other destinations, please contact our Scunthorpe store directly.

A super experience buying a watch and necklace for a special occasion. Tony was really knowledgeable, i tried lots of items and felt really cared for when selecting the right pieces. Amazing customer service. I rang up during lockdown as I didnt want to have to wait for an unknown amount of time until I got my engagement ring back from a resizing. I was emailing Becky back and forth. She was so very helpful and accommodating. I also spoke to Joey from the Scunthorpe branch and he was a delight to speak to, again very helpful. They both made my day and I couldnt thank them enough!
