I am Kirsty, Sports Therapist at Forest Hall Chiropractic Clinic. I have always had an interest in sport and biology so becoming a Sports Therapist seemed a natural path to follow. I have also completed training in Indian head massage and pregnancy massage, and am always looking to do new courses to further progress my skills.
Our Techniques

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Sacro Occipital Technique helps normalize the relationship between the pelvis and the head, using gravity to make the necessary correction.

A Southern Lad who grew up on the Isle of Wight and recently graduated from McTimoney College in Oxford with an Integrated Masters in Chiropractic. I first got into chiropractic after a sporting injury in my teens playing football, where other forms of healthcare failed me, chiropractic worked wonders and had me playing again within just a few sessions; after almost 7 months of being out of action.
