From the outset of contact with Ian our selling and buying process was professional, honest and open. The whole team, including those that accompanied viewings and that we contacted via the office were friendly and approachable. Suzanne is responsible for liaising with solicitors and conveyances and remained helpful throughout what is often a stressful time... her humour in times of need was greatly appreciated. We were lucky enough to move prior to lockdown and hope that Ians business has not been damaged by the enforced closure. Maybe not as digitally impressive as others, Ian is a local agent
