From start to finish this company were a joy to deal with. On move day, they were one staff member down at the last minute (hospitalised!) but still they were an absolute whirlwind and had us packed up in no time. Unfortunately we appointed a terrible conveyancer and so we didnt complete until 6pm on the day, but the Waters Team remained cheerful as ever until the very last box was unloaded. At one point, it was looking like we might not complete that day as planned but despite having a job the next day they put together a plan B for if things did fall through. Waters were absolutely brilliant yesterday, arrived on time (tiny bit earlier!), loaded up the van really quickly whilst taking great care of our stuff and the house. Unloaded at our new house with the same level of care in under two hours!! Price was very competitive, the whole team was really friendly and helpful throughout the day, would highly recommend them.
