This is the second time where we have utilised MES systems knowledge to create a bespoke install for our businesses. We requested a tailored solution for monitored commercial CCTV and integrated Paxton Access Control for site security and access management, which Ashley and Gary oversaw from the initial quote. Last week we had a problem with our house alarm in that it kept going off for apparently no reason. The earliest appointment I could book with MES Systems for them to take a look at it was a week away. When I spoke with Andy about the problem he understood that we could not leave it that long before it was fixed, and within 3 hours Andy had arrived at our house, identified the issue (a new fuse was required in the alarm box) and fixed the issue.
