This is the best dental practice in Wales. The whole team are so friendly and put you at ease as soon as you go in. I am a very nervous patient and have always been reassured and understood on every visit. Jayne the hygienist is superb, her magic gel in lieu of a needle is fantastic. I highly recommend anyone to use this practice

Nicola and all of her staff are fantastic. The reception team are helpful, kind and cheerful, meaning nervous patients are instantly put at ease on entering the practice. Nicola completed my dental examination professionally and quickly, reassuring me and coming up with a clear plan for improving my dental health. Emily the hygienist did a fantastic job, easing the nerves and actually making the visit enjoyable. Roxy was brilliant with my fillings, letting me know what was happening at every step, and completing the procedure totally painlessly. I won't hesitate to come back, and highly recommend

I was not a regular patient and Nicola took my appointment and I was seen within 24 hrs of my initial call.My appointment was for 1.20 and I was seen two minutes after arrival. It transpired I required an extraction which was executed very quickly and painlessly. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and I would have no reservations in recommending this dental practise.

I've been attending this dental surgery for 25yrs and the service is outstanding, friendly staff, very professional and caring. I have a fear of dental work, and Nicola and the team work with me to ensure I feel safe, calm and relaxed. I would highly recommend this service if you are looking for a dentist that actually care about their customers.

Jamie provided me with excellent advice, was very gentle, patient and friendly. He did a great job on my teeth! The staff at West Grove are all so friendly and welcoming but also very efficient. This is a five star establishment -
