Initially I was very happy with the car and the price the car was advertised for . This was until the car was delivered and I got into the car . The car had a very distinct smell of mould and visible mould on the interior of the car.I then started the car and heard a noise from the exhaust. I spoke to a lady from the dealership and she was very pleasant and offered to fix the car for me (blocked dpf filter) they then collected the car and was very efficient . A very nice guy dropped the car back to me after the lady I spoke to said the dpf has been replaced so I thought GREAT !!! I then went under

Lucky to get 1 star. Should be minus 5. Not all reviews on here are legitimate. See 1 question asked. Replied by guy who has bought 2 cars from them!! This company is a complete joke. I purchased a vw tiguan VA08FVB for 4500. Test drive was fine. Journey home developed a fault within an hour. Took back within 2 hrs. However only refunded 4150. He obviously thinks I'm some kind of a mug. Will see him in court when he will be libel for costs too. Also contacted trading standards. Avoid these people like the plague. Horrible cowboy outfit

Came here to buy a car he said a certain price on phone when I came he changed it to a higher price.
Did not let me check the car out till I was certain on buying it. No test drive until you buy
Does not show the paperwork for the cars until money is given
Highly do not recommend this place

Abaolute SCAMMERS! They don't let you test drive unless you promise them to buy and they get angry at you for asking. They bully you into making a quick decision and even when you test drive they ask for someone from their gang to accompany you and he doesn't let you properly test constantly asking to stop etc and it is for too short a period. They really try to mask how bad the car performs. Very dodgy, wouldn't trust them with my money

I bought a Woltswaghen Golf with a faulty gearbox about a week ago.The dealer didn't allow us to make the test drive , saying the Government does not allow it. After 1 day i ask him about the warranty , and he says i can use it only after 30 days, after 2days - he says i can use it straight away! We paid 2,000 for a car which needed to change gearbox . At the end i sold him the car back, when i already bought insurance and road tax for the car. Please don't buy from them , they are big sharlatanes!
