First time buying a car at John Lambert Cars and found the whole experience fantastic. From the first time ringing up about the car, to handing over the keys. We were taken care of by James who was really friendly and gave us not one bit of pressure to purchase. As well as that, the car we bought from them was immaculate and obviously sourced carefully. They sorted out any issues and gave the car another clean before we took it away. I went to John Lambert as I have been looking for a BMW 120i coupe. Unfortunately the sport variant wasnt exactly what I was looking for. However, I have never felt so welcome at a dealership. James was extremely friendly, and didnt pressure me into buying the car if I wasn't 100% certain it's what I was looking for. About 25 minutes before we arrived, I called and asked to see a Mazda mx5 as well, as I was looking for one previously. It was no issue. They had both cars ready to look at by the time we got there.
