Services
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling capabilities include 3rd, 4th and 5th axis machining with 24 modern machining centres. We handle complex geometries using off-line CAD/CAM programming for aerospace, motorsport and industrial applications. Our equipment supports large component machining up to 1372mm x 635mm table traverse with high accuracy requirements.
Polyurethane Moulding
We produce polyurethane components with hardness ranges from 20 Shore A to 85 Shore D. Our in-house mould tool design handles parts up to 35KG with full colour options. Applications include motor racing suspension components, pipeline inspection PIGs and electronic encapsulation solutions requiring chemical and mechanical durability.
EDM Spark Erosion
Our wire and spark erosion services machine complex parts from hard conductive materials. Utilising Eurospark and Charmilles technologies, we achieve precise cuts in components for motorsport and industrial sectors where conventional machining proves challenging. This includes intricate shapes in hardened tool steels and exotic alloys.
Motorsport Components
We manufacture suspension, steering and engine components for Formula 1, Rally1, GT and TOCA racing series. Our production combines CNC machining and conventional methods to deliver high-performance parts meeting strict motorsport tolerances and weight requirements through advanced manufacturing techniques.
Pipeline Inspection PIGs
We produce mechanical sub-assemblies for intelligent pipeline inspection vehicles. Our work includes suspension systems, velocity wheels, pressure vessels and polyurethane components. These critical parts undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure reliability in demanding pipeline monitoring applications across the energy sector.
