I've booked an appointment for my mom, I've paid 30 pounds to "secure,, the appointment. (I thought it was refundable) . I called back letting them know that I need to cancel the appointment (my mom was seen by another doctor and had a treatment now) they said no refund back. I understand this... but when the receptionist asked for deposit she should let me know the conditions. Very disappointed.

Ruptured 2 disks in 2012, constant pain, lots of strong pain medication. Not any more, thanks to Jay. If you have experienced any of the same, go as soon as you can, it has changed my life, 60 but feel twenty years younger. This is not an expensive thing to do, Money well spent.

I know all about back pain. I was told by NHS that only a major operation with 50% success was my only chance of being pain free. 15 years ago I thought I would give this clinic a go. I have never looked back. In the last few years they recommended me to have 6/7 weeks maintenance which has been so beneficial to me and has become part of my life. From the minute you walk through the door, the professional warm and friendly way you are greeted is beyond expectations and Jay my chiropractor is again so approachable and such a lovely person. Unprofessional!!! Called for an appointment and the lady I spoke to seemed to have a chip on her shoulder, very abrupt and uninterested. She booked me in for an appointment and was told she would send me an email with some forms to fill in. I never received the email. Emailed to ask for the forms and received an email to say no appointments available?? I then sent another email and had no reply. Since then I managed to get into to another chiropractor and safe to say he was wonderful!! AND the reception staff couldn't do enough for me!!

I came ten year ago with back problems , never had back problems since. I came around three month ago with disc problem in my neck Ive now finished my course and feel wonderful. The receptionist are so welcoming. My chiropractor explains everything beforehand and gives advice for after. Thanks Jay and the kind receptionist ladies

Im sad to say I was disappointed with my treatment here. After an initial thorough consultation, which left me feeling hopeful about the service I would receive, my subsequent two treatments left me feeling like I was on a cattle conveyor belt. Procedures werent explained to me in any great detail, nor was I given any time to ask questions after the procedure. My chiropractor said hed give me exercises to help my issue, but I never received any more advice on this. I cancelled my subsequent appointments. I was contacted by the clinic after leaving this review and invited back to be treated
