Our three luxury self-catering cottages offer unique holiday accommodation in rural Lancashire. Each property combines original period features with modern amenities including fully equipped kitchens, contemporary bathrooms, and high-speed internet. The cottages sleep 2-4 people and feature premium bedding, quality kitchenware, and central heating for year-round comfort.
Fishing Ponds
Complimentary fishing facilities available to holiday guests with three well-stocked ponds containing carp, tench, roach, and other coarse fish. Maggies Pond offers sheltered winter fishing while Joes and Noras Ponds provide scenic summer angling. Day tickets available for non-residents with accessible parking and equipment drop-off points. The fishery features mixed deciduous tree surroundings and purpose-planted marginal vegetation for optimal fishing conditions.

We have stayed here several times. Malkin Cottage lovely and cosy. cliff and Claire very helpful if you have a problem.Its a great place to chill out and relax.Fishing ponds are full of fish. If you don't catch you are not putting bait on your hook.We would recommend this place to anybody who would like to get away from everything.

Fished here again but on joes pond I think (the pond over the road, the first one you come to) was brilliant!!! Caught 7 different fish! Rudd, roach perch skimmers trench carp and my first barbel awesome fishery

We absolutely love Crook hall farm. We stayed in Maltkiln cottage for a week and it's beautiful. The air is so fresh and everything is spotless! We have no complaints whatsoever! Already booked again for next year and cannot wait!! Now we want to move to the countryside haha
